  Had a 16 seer 2 stage heat/cool package unit installed to replace nonworking unit. Overall, install was good and they even finished early! Willing to work with our budget and specifications. New unit works great.
  Only downsides, not really detail oriented. Forgot to turn on switch in attic for whole house fan after install, so had to rip apart the closet again to get access. Also, had to have guys out again to reset blower fan speed since vents were blowing like a hair dryer at first and to go over new thrermostat issues again.. Also, had to have another inspection because platform had to be built on roof to pass inspection. Did address issues promptly.
