  Theater seating delivered today. Missing one cup holder insert, which they will send me, no charge. Small scratch on side of headrest. Sales person miss quoted warranty. However, I will be back and would recommend RC Willey to my friends. Excellent selection. My theater seating appears to be very well built. I think they sell quality merchandise. Very high marks for customer service.

  I have always had very good experiences with this store and my recent purchase with David Lowe was even better.
  
  One of the items I purchased arrived different than what the floor model looked like (seems like a manufacturer issue, the ID numbers all match up) and David has been extremely helpful in resolving the situation. He has been in contact throughout the entire process and offered solutions to get the issue straightened out.
  
  I understand the mix-up isn’t his fault but he’s been great in representing the company and helping me have a great experience. His ethic is much appreciated and I will definitely be back in the future.

  BUYER BEWARE!!
  I bought a sectional couch and less than 2 years later it's falling apart!
  This company will only make it right if I pay to have it repaired.
  Their response is "it's because of the manufacturer"
  yet they will sell you sub par merchandise with no problem!
  don't buy from these corporate crooks folks! you will end up regretting it!
  I wish I could have chosen a negative star rating!
  my family and friends will never shop here again!
