  My daughter plays roller derby and works out in the box 3 days a week with Adam, she is only 11 years old. He has a great personality and has helped transform her into a strong athletic solid player on the track. She understands how to shift her weight and use her muscles appropriately when bouting, therefore reducing injuries. We are very pleased with her progress and look forward to what years of training with Adam can do.
