  Terrible customer service! The salespeople that work lack common courtesy and etiquette. Twice I came in to follow-up on service for my vehicle and was completely ignored. No one ever came to ask if I needed assistance. I wasted 10 minutes of my precious time just trying to find someone who would assist. However, a Caucasian person came in and was assisted right away while I was ignored. This is a racist dealership.

  Inconsistent rates quoted for a simple oil change. First time called in, a lady at the front desk quoted me $800 for a service. Called different dealership got $250 quote. Called them back again they said they were wrong and quoted $250. Scheduled an apt, when I show up the service manager says it’s $297. Really? Can you get your numbers together? Service manager dropped the price to $265.00. Got the car back, they supposedly checked my tire pressure and lowered it to 39PSI front and rear. Get a low air warning. Door label says 44 front 45 rear. How do you set the tire pressure to 39 PSI when it clearly says what needs to be set.. ugh. Dealerships nowadays.
