  High prices and lousy service. Afer paying MORE money than ive ever paid to have my taxes done, i get a letter from the irs telling me that i still owe 500 dollars. I call james at shark attax about it and he tells me (oops, i made a mistake", with no explanation or offer to give me some o my money back. I was totally disppointed and feel suckered and ripped off. I will never use this company again.
