  We have been renting from Wildwood for 5 years now. The few times we have had a maintenance issue they have been very prompt in handling it. Except for our yearly inspection they give us our space and privacy which I highly value. And on the couple of occasions where we have needed some leniency or accommodation they have gone way beyond what is required of them to meet our needs, and have done with a helpful and positive attitude, never looking down on the tenant for the uncertainties that life occasionally handed us. In 30 years of renting we have never had an individual landlord or property management company that was so human. We value our relationship with Wildwood Properties greatly.
